Ponzi Vineyards Celebrates 50 Years of Innovative Winemaking in Oregon

Anna Maria Ponzi, second generation vintner for Ponzi Vineyards, chatted with blogger Wine with Wanda about Ponzi’s 50th anniversary in her latest Instagram Live Session. The two cover a lot: from the Ponzi family’s winemaking journey starting in the 1970s, to the new Laurelwood District AVA, and even Anna Maria’s new book, Pinot Girl: A Family. A Region. An Industry.

During their conversation, the pair tasted the 2016 Ponzi Vineyards Chardonnay Reserve and 2016 Ponzi Vineyards Pinot Noir Reserve. Wine with Wanda raves that both wines are “beautifully balanced, expressive and elegant.”
